We reply within 1–2 business days (Europe/Brussels time). During peak seasons it may take a little longer, but we read everything.

Order help

• Shipping & tracking: If your order hasn’t arrived, include your order number in the email and we’ll check it.

• Damaged on arrival: Please email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. We’ll sort a replacement or refund.

• Returns: Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days (custom pieces are final).

• Candle care: Not sure how to get the best burn? Ask us, we are always happy to help.

Custom, events & wholesale

We create custom pieces, wedding/event favors, and small-batch wholesale for shops.
Typical lead time: 2–4 weeks depending on quantity and finishing.
Tell us: quantity, scent profile, color palette, deadline, and delivery address.

Studio & pickup

We work from Leuven, Belgium.
We don’t have a retail storefront; studio visits and local pickups are by appointment only.
