Exchanges

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days before the event to ask to move your booking to another date.

If your change is accepted, you'll be able to choose another day in which you would like to partecipate.

Refunds 

In no condition you will be granted a full refund. Please keep this in mind while booking for a spot in our market. If you do not inform us about your not availability at least 14 days before the event, you will not even be able to participate another time.
